Yoga

Koots Roots Yoga have regular classes available for drop in at the historical Fire Hall building in the downtown core of Nakusp. Just a few steps away from the lake, pair with a visit to the farmer’s market (Fridays and Saturdays) or to one of the coffee shops in town.
Bindu Community Studio in the heart of Winlaw offers scheduled classes held by their many instructors. The 750 square foot studio has a heated mandala wood floor and wall of mirrors to help you get that alignment just right. They also offer studio rentals for those looking to host in the space.
Halcyon Hot Springs offers yoga onsite, as well as yoga, lunch and soak packages.
