The TransRockies Singletrack 6 Mountain Bike Stage Race is coming to the West Koots this July 11-16!
The highly anticipated TransRockies Singletrack 6 mountain bike stage race is set to take place in the stunning West Kootenays region from July 11-16, 2024. This epic event will feature six exhilarating stages in the picturesque communities of Castlegar, Nelson, Kaslo, New Denver, and Nakusp.

Highlights
Scenic Routes: Riders will experience some of the most breathtaking and challenging singletrack trails in the West Kootenays, showcasing the region’s natural beauty and diverse terrain.

Host Communities
Castlegar: Known for its vibrant arts scene and scenic riverfront trails, Castlegar will kick off the race with an exciting opening stage.
Nelson: A haven for outdoor enthusiasts, Nelson offers world-class trails and a lively downtown area, providing a perfect backdrop for stages two and three.
Kaslo: Nestled on the shores of Kootenay Lake, the fourth stage in Kaslo’s will feature stunning lake views and rugged mountain trails.
New Denver: On stage five, riders will traverse through the historic mining town of New Denver, encountering challenging climbs and rewarding descents.
Nakusp: The final stage in Nakusp will conclude the race with a celebration of the riders’ achievements amid the natural beauty of the area.
